A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience as a business owner, Lilly is a dedicated ambassador for adult language acquisition, empowering professionals with the critical communication tools required for global success.

Prior to founding VIDA, she served as the CEO of Sienna’s Learning Center (I, II, and III)—a network of high-quality bilingual childcare centers—and as Vice President of IDCI, a technical international trade school. Lilly holds a triple Master’s degree in ESOL-Education and Leadership, combining deep academic expertise with a proven track record of executive leadership.
